During these difficult times, it is unlikely that the UK theatre industry will return to normal for some considerable period and therefore, we believe we must adapt.
Shows2Home have developed this unique service with a view to keeping shows alive for the benefit of venues, artists and customers.
This is how it works: You purchase a ticket from the us here at The Deco, as you would for any live event. However, instead of a paper ticket, we will send you a voucher code for one of our broadcast shows. This code will enable you to access the event either via the online player, which can be found at www.shows2home.co.uk
A Night In With… Dom Joly
Dom Joly is best known as the creator of the hit series Trigger Happy TV. He was in the midst of his first UK tour since 2011 when Covid-19 struck. Joly has fashioned a successful career as a travel writer and broadcaster and he will be talking about his exploits as a serial globe-trotting and seeker of dangerous travel spots. From North Korea to the Congo and Syria to Chernobyl, he’s visited some of the most unusual places on the planet. Joly famously attended school with Osama Bin Laden and fans can expect comedy and a sense of danger.
Tickets: £7 plus booking fee, where applicable.
Signed copies of Dom Joly’s latest book, The Hezbollah Hiking Club, will be available to purchase on the evening of the broadcast.
VIP tickets: £39.50 – includes stream of show, personalised signed hardback copy of The Hezbollah Hiking Club (value £20), with Royal Mail Special Delivery postage (value £12.50).
